MMO-Armory League of Legends Account Returns & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility of returns is handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund are neither expressed nor implied.
  • Once the buyer has received account information, purchases become non-refundable in most cases.
  • MMO-Armory. allows returns when a purchased item is deemed by MMO-Armory as significantly different than described. Return requests under this clause must be requested within 6 hours of receiving account information.
    • MMO-Armory will decide (fairly of course) whether the extent of a delivered account is significantly different or not from the description.
    • MMO-Armory’s decision in this will be final.
  • Examples of significantly not as described items that we would definitely allow to be returned:
    • A Scarab Lord account not containing Scarab Lord.
    • A Championship Riven account not containing Championship Riven.
    • A significant difference in the amount of in-game currency. For example if there is supposed to be 400 US Dollars worth of gold or RP, and it is missing.
  • Examples of accounts that would not be deemed significantly not as described and would not be eligible for returns.
    • Slight differences in currencies (Gold, RP, IP, etc).
    • Slight differences is amount of cards or skins on an account. (For example, 73 skins instead of 74 skins.)
  • Ultimately, we will always deal with such situations with the utmost fairness. Our goal is to achieve the utmost customer satisfaction, and we stay true to that.
