    Compensation: Recalled accounts will be exchanged with an equally geared account or better. Alternatively, you will be given store credits equal to or slightly higher than your amount of purchase.

    Duration: Our warranty does not have an expiration date.

     

    Requirements

    • The account must be converted to a Battle.net account, with the same name as the original owner�s name. Confirmation E-Mail of Battle.net activation must be E-mailed to us within 7 days of purchase.
    • The Battle.net account must be registered to the E-Mail address that is supplied to you by MMO-Armory.com. You may not change this E-Mail address.
    • The account must be secured with an authenticator within 30 days of purchase. Confirmation of the authenticator attachment must be sent to support@mmo-armory.com within 30 days and/or before an accounts is recalled.
    • All the account information must be kept securely to yourself. This includes avoiding getting your information keylogged, phished, or given to a 3rd party.
    • Compensation will be given after the account has been proven to be recalled by the original owner, and attempts to recover the account access to the new owner has failed.

    MMO-Armory.com reserves the right to modify the Recall Warranty Policy at a future time without prior notification. Buyers agree to conform to the latest revision of the Recall Warranty Policy.

     

    Additional Tips to Secure your Account (This part is NOT required. Just additional recommendations.)

    • Step 1: Create a new Battle.net account on a a new E-Mail address, with the same full name and similar info with the original account, use a new Secret Question.
    • Step 2: Add a full set of CD-Keys to the new account.
    • Step 3: Transfer the character from the original Battle.net account to the new Battle.net account.
    • Step 4: Change the E-Mail of the original battle.net account to a new E-Mail address
    • Step 5: Create a third battle.net account and register it to the original E-Mail address (the first one), then register a Trial World of Warcraft account on it.
    • Step 6: Add an authenticator on the main account.
    These steps will make it extremely hard for the previous owner to reclaim your account. For a fee, MMO-Armory.com may be able conduct these steps for you.
